Yes, OSTEN & VICTOR Alberta Tennis Centre is a non-profit organization which means we do not have the intentions of earning a profit. All money is reinvested back into the community and the sport of tennis.

A membership is not required to play at the OSTEN & VICTOR Alberta Tennis Centre as the Centre is open to the public. Non-members will need to call 587-393-1600 to make a court booking.

Our members are provided with the following benefits:

  • Invitation to the Member Rewards Program (Adult Members only)

Our Member Rewards Program provides members with the ability to earn points when paying for some services at the Centre. These points can then be redeemed for various services.

Additionally, our members will receive different types of vouchers every calendar year which can be used towards lessons, assessments, programs, social events, ProShop purchases and more!

As a member of the Alberta Tennis Centre, you can book courts 7-days in advance through the online Member Portal. Members can also book courts over the phone by calling 587-393-1600 and in-person at the Member Services Desk.

Non-members can book courts 48-hours in advance by calling the Member Services Desk at 587-393-1600 or in-person by visiting the Member Services Desk. All non-member court reservations must be fully paid at the time of booking.

To book a 60-minute singles court, a minimum of two players must be added to the reservation at the time of booking. For 90 and 120 minute bookings, four players must be added to the reservation at the time of booking.

When a non-member is added to a court reservation, they must pay a guest fee of $15.00 + GST on top of the court fees. The total amount of the guest fee will be divided by the number of non-members on the booking if there is more than one non-member on the booking.

The ball machine can be booked through the Member Portal or on the Alberta Tennis Centre app.

The ball machine can only be booked on courts 1-8 and is subject to availability. If you are a non-member, the ball machine must be booked by calling 587-393-1600.

Our hours of operation are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday to Sunday.

On most holidays, we are open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. For exact holiday hours, please contact the Member Services desk.

We are closed on New Years Day, Canada Day and Christmas.

One- Off Private lessons can be booked on our Booking Schedule with a coach who will be randomly selected. If you have a particular coach in mind, to book a private or group lesson, you need to contact the coach of your choice and arrange the lesson with them.
