LOOKING FOR A LITTLE MORE INFO ON THE PERFORMANCE LAB SERIES?
The Tennis Performance Lab is a tennis-specific training system designed to improve performance, support injury prevention, and optimize recovery.
It introduces a high-technology approach, bringing an advanced system not commonly implemented in tennis club environments in Canada.
The program is adaptable to all ages and levels and is not limited to tennis players. It is also open to adult members, including more sedentary profiles such as parents or individuals looking for a structured and efficient training approach.
Training approach
Built around Pro Icon technology, this method allows effective activation of multiple muscle groups within a structured performance session, supporting:
– Improved strength, speed, and on-court performance
– Better muscle activation and coordination
– Injury prevention and joint support
– Faster recovery between training sessions and matches
– Efficient training for members with limited time
A specific approach can also be developed for more sedentary profiles, focusing on general fitness, body toning, improved circulation, and support for weight management, within a structured and progressive framework.
