RE: Internal Team Promotions
Dear Member, Program Participant & Team Member:
Following the resignation of Sila Huang, I am pleased to share changes made to our team. These three internal promotions to our ATC Team provide organizational continuity, expertise and job knowledge which will help support the customer experience and service our members and program participants have come to enjoy.
ATC has been one of the tennis industries top employers, and we are very excited to internally promote three of our employees. This commitment illustrates our desire to develop players and team members on and off the court. The three internal promotions are:
DIANA JACOBS, Tennis Administrator & Events Manager
Diana Jacobs has been with the ATC since our inception and will take over the newly created role of Tennis Administrator & Events Manager. In her new role, Diana will oversee all tennis department administrative matters including program registration and event management. Diana will continue to report to Tennis Director, Nick Coutts.

“I am excited to step into this new position at ATC. Being part of ATC’s journey from the very beginning has given me the opportunity to witness firsthand the passion and purpose that drive our team every day. ATC feels like family, and I look forward to this next chapter in my new role as I continue to contribute to our shared vision and mission”, said Diana Jacobs.
“Diana was our consensus choice for this newly created position. Her tennis development knowledge, tournament management expertise and comprehensive knowledge of the ATC, its programs and players will helps deliver continuity in our operation and enables a smooth transition”, said Nick Coutts, Tennis Director

Since joining the club in 2016, I’ve had the privilege of growing both personally and professionally within such a supportive tennis community. I’m excited to continue contributing to the club’s strong financial stewardship and future success”, said Pearl Hunt
“We’re very excited to have Pearl transition into her new role at the ATC. Pearl has been a loyal and trusted employee since 2016, and she has earned the opportunity to become our finance coordinator at the ATC.
