2025 ATC Annual Report

ANNUAL REPORT
We enjoyed another outstanding year of operations, at the OSTEN & VICTOR Alberta Tennis Centre (ATC). Our accomplishments as an organization can only be achieved with the ongoing support we enjoy from our membership, program participants, key stakeholders, staff and our board. On behalf of all of us at the ATC, thank you!

Our 2025 highlights include:

  • Launched our 2025-2030 ATC Strategic Plan, focusing on three strategic areas. To learn more, click here.
  • 50,000 users visited the ATC to engage in programming, services, and events; over 350,000 customers served since 2016.
  • Delivered tennis instruction and programming to over 20,000 Albertans in 2025.
  • Overall court utilization was 83% (annually); 90% fully utilized during peak indoor season
  • 11K public bookings were made; members account for 74% of all courts booked were made by members.
  • 95% of ATC members, were involved in club programs and activities, making the ATC one of Canada’s most engaged facilities.
  • 6 industry awards were won by ATC Team Members; over 20 industry awards have been won in our first 9 years of operation.
  • Hosted 22 provincial, national, and international events for junior, adult and master’s level players.
  • 2,500 children participated in our school tennis program, bringing the total number of children to 67,500 since 2016.
  • 44 coaches were employed, including 11 new hires in 2025; ATC now employs over 65 full, part-time and seasonal workers.
  • Giving Back: ATC provided $75K in financial and program support to over 20 community events and causes across Alberta.
  • Partnered with 30 organizations to deliver affordable and accessible tennis programming and services.
  • Improved public play and member access to tennis.
