Calgary National Bank Challenger Update

The Calgary National Bank Challenger is returning October 13 – 20, 2024. We are very excited to welcome back the stars of the ATP & WTA Tennis Tours. Our world-class event has quickly become one of the premier sporting events in the province and we look forward to showcasing our Centre to the world this October.

Below are a few updates:

  • Early Bird Tickets Now on Sale – Early Bird Tickets for the 2024 Calgary National Bank Challenger is now available for purchase. Tickets may be purchased through our event website www.calgary.nationalbankchallenger.com or www.showpass.com. Early bird pricing ends August 31, 2024.

 

  • Complimentary Tickets for Members – As a valued member of the OSTEN & VICTOR Alberta Tennis Centre, you are entitled to receive two complimentary tickets to attend the Calgary National Bank Challenger event on Monday October 14th, 2024. Members will be issued tickets automatically to your email address on file.NOTE: Tickets cannot be exchanged for other sessions. Tickets can be transferred another patron.
  • Complimentary Tickets for Program Participants – Members and Program Participants registered for a Fall 2024 program will also be entitled to receive 1 ticket to attend the Calgary National Bank Challenger on Sunday October 13th, 2024. Tickets will be issued during the month of September. Participants will be issued their tickets automatically to your email address on file.
  • Calgary National Bank Challenger – Ball Crew, Committee Leaders, Volunteers – To stage a tournament of this magnitude, we require between 250 – 300+ volunteers. Volunteers are required in all key functional areas including but not limited to event services, accreditation, ticketing, transportation, player services and volunteer services. The event also requires Ball Crew. This position gets you close to the action and interact with the players.

Hosting & Partnership Opportunities – Let us know if you know someone who is interested in our corporate hospitality program or interested in getting involved as a sponsor of our event? Our corporate box program is a wonderful way to host clients or friends, while supporting the event. All corporate box holders with hospitality receive the following benefits:

  • Assigned seating for all sessions from October 13-20, 2024, in a premium Centre Court Box.
  • VIP access to the Hospitality Lounge is included for each guest includes:
    • Snacks/food throughout the day at no-additional charge(dinner buffet provided each night around 5pm) provided by the Concorde Entertainment Group
    • Drinks included:Beer/Wine/SoftDrinks/Water/Coffee
    • 4 parking passes to a designated parking lot
    • 4 official tournament programs
    • Mention in official tournament program and on-site signage
    • $1000 Charitable Tax receipt

NOTE: Corporate Boxes can be shared amongst members (2 members) with tax receipting split between members.

The Concorde Group Entertainment Group will be returning as our Food & Beverage Partner. We will soon announce this year’s participating restaurants. Our 2023 participating restaurants were: Major Tom, Lulu Bar, Bridgette Bar, Lonely Mouth, Barbarella, Surfy Surfy and Pigeonhole. Participating restaurants are available only to our Corporate Box Holders with Hospitality and include daily dinner service and drinks. A charitable tax receipt is included in our box holder packages.
