Announcing The New Online Club Management Software- Club Automation
MEMO: CLUB UPDATE: NEW CLUB SOFTWARE TO LAUNCH AT END OF JUNE (CLUB AUTOMATION)

DEAR MEMBER, PROGRAM PARTICIPANT AND STAFF MEMBER,
WE ARE EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THAT OSTEN & VICTOR ALBERTA TENNIS CENTRE (ATC) IS TRANSITIONING TO A NEW CLUB SOFTWARE PROGRAM CALLED CLUB AUTOMATION AS OF JUNE 29, 2021. WE ARE CONFIDENT THAT THIS CLUB MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE TRANSITION WILL BE SEAMLESS, EASY TO USE AND WILL KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE AND SECURE. WE ARE CONFIDENT THIS CHANGE WILL GREATLY IMPROVE OUR PROCESSES AS A CLUB AS WELL AS YOUR EXPERIENCE AT ATC. THIS SOFTWARE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH AN ONLINE PORTAL THAT WILL ALLOW YOU TO:
- View & edit your profile & billing information
- View your current activities that you or family members are registered for
- Reserve a court
- Browse and register for programs and drop-in classes
- View your statement
- Pay you bill
- Update your notification preferences
More information regarding these features will be sent as we get closer to launching them.
CONVERSION FROM JEGYSOFT & MONERIS
Our team has worked with both Jegysoft and Moneris to transition to our new platform with Club Automation. In this process, we include migrating all data from Jegysoft to the Club Automation platform. Items such as contact information, program registration, court bookings and credit balances will be ported over when we launch on June 29th, 2021.
We are also working with Moneris to securely transfer financial information from Moneris to Club Automation. This information will take place in advance of our launch date. Therefore, we are asking our members for some support beginning the week of June 7th and continuing until our GO-LIVE date (June 29th, 2021).
Effective June 7th, 2021, if you wish to make any changes to your credit card (account changes) information, please contact Sila Huang, our Member Services Manager directly as we will need to manually track any changes until our GO-LIVE date.
JEGYSOFT TRANSITION
The last day a member or program participant can register for a program or book a court in the Jegysoft Platform will be June 22nd. After June 22nd, you will be required to contact the Member Services Desk to book a court or register for a program as our staff will need to manually transfer any data (court or program registrations) from June 22nd until our GO-LIVE date.
BOOKMARK OUR CLUB AUTOMATION WEBSITE
While we will continue to operate our corporate website www.albertatennisCentre.ca going forward, you may also directly log into Club Automation. We will provide the URL closer to the GO-LIVE date after the data import is completed.
Beginning June 29th, our ATC webpage will be adjusted to reflect the new login page.
WE HAVE A CLUB APP!
At the time of GO-LIVE, you may download our Alberta Tennis Centre Club App for the Club Automation Platform. The App is free and is available at both the Apple APP STORE and Google Play Store. (Please note: the app will be fully functional at the time of launch).
Things you can do with the app:
- View & edit your profile & billing information
- Membership card – Use to scan into the club – no need for a key tag!
- View your current activities that you or family members are registered for
- Create favourites for classes and location
- Browse and register for programs and drop-in classes
- Buy Packages
- Reserve a Court
- Pay your Bill
- Usage and statements are all available through the app and can be easily emailed to you or a healthcare provider or employer
We will provide more details of the app closer to the GO-LIVE date regarding how to download, how to log in, and more!
A couple of things to note:
- You must log in to the online portal before being able to gain access to the app. The Portal is also accessible on the website homepage: www.albertatennisCentre.ca
- If you are part of a family account only the primary will be able to see and act for all family members. To manage this, you can call us to request we adjust the primary person on the account or have both spouses use the primary login information. In this case, just be aware when registering for activities that you have the correct member selected
