We are pleased to provide adult programming for all ages and abilities. Our Adult Program Pathway is split into 3 streams that each focus on different goals and priorities that all combine to improve your overall tennis game. All classes above the 2.0 level require a player skills assessment (PSA) to ensure that the player is enrolled in the correct level. What is a Player Skills Assessment??
Classes are offered at various times throughout the day. Please check out our 2023 - 2024 Adult Program Guide

LEARN Clinics are designed to move you along the pathway & improve your game efficiently in singles & doubles. There is a focus on instruction and a lot of coach feedback. These 90-minute clinics are available for members and non-members.
PRACTICE programs are high intensity, high repetition & pure fun! Designed for practicing skills learned in our clinics, drill sessions are non-instructional in nature to allow you to get high-volume practice. These Drill programs are available for members and non-members. Practice sessions are 60 minutes and Practice & Play sessions, which combine drilling practice and match play are 90 minutes.
PLAY sessions are “for fun” leagues that are open to both members and non-members. We offer leagues for players of all ages and abilities. Participants must be assessed (ACE) and approved in order to register to ensure each participant is competitive with one another. Our leagues are organized by a league coordinator and include court fees, balls, administrative and coaching fees. All Leagues are designed to be doubles play. Depending on registration numbers and participant preferences, singles play may be possible.
ACEs are offered on Thursday at 7 pm and Saturdays at 4 pm and are used to ensure our Members & non-members enroll in the appropriate program and thereby train with other players of equal calibre. Please sign up online or at the Member Services Desk.
Player Rating Guide
All our programs are based on the Play Tennis Canada Rating Scale. To determine your level of play and the best program for you, please review our Tennis Rating Guide.
